How long does delivery take?
Inside Dhaka usually 1–2 working days, and 3–5 working days for the rest of Bangladesh.
How much is delivery?
৳70 inside Dhaka and ৳130 outside Dhaka. Orders over ৳5,000 are delivered free.
How do I track my order?
Use our Track Order page with your order number and mobile number. If you have an account, your orders are also listed under My Orders.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, while it has not been confirmed yet. Open the order in your account and choose Cancel Order, or contact us as soon as you can.
Payment
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes. You can pay in cash when your order arrives, anywhere in Bangladesh.
Do you accept bKash, Nagad or cards?
Online payment is coming soon. For now, all orders are Cash on Delivery.
How do I use a coupon code?
Enter the code in your cart or at checkout and choose Apply. One coupon can be used per order. See current codes on our Offers page.
Sizes & Returns
How do I choose my size?
Check our Size Guide. If you are between sizes or unsure, message us with your measurements and we will help you choose.
Can I exchange a product?
Yes, within 7 days of receiving it. See our Return & Exchange policy for the full conditions.
Your Account
Do I need an account to order?
No. You can check out as a guest. An account lets you see past orders and save addresses.
I forgot my password. What do I do?
Use the Forgot Password page to choose a new one.
