Delivery Policy
We deliver across all 64 districts of Bangladesh through trusted courier partners.

- Orders are confirmed by phone before dispatch.
- Please keep your phone available on the delivery day.
- Cash on Delivery is available nationwide.
Return & Exchange
- Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging with tags attached.
- If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 24 hours with photos and we will arrange a replacement.
- Delivery charges for change-of-mind exchanges are paid by the customer.
Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. This demo site stores your cart, wishlist, coupon, customer account, saved addresses and orders only in your own browser (localStorage) and does not send personal information to any server. Your password is stored only as a salted hash. You can remove this data at any time by clearing your browser’s site data.
When the store is connected to a backend, we will only collect the details needed to deliver your order (name, phone and address) and will never sell your information to third parties.
